My favorite body of work is serving as a bridge between technology and actual, real life people. I empower people to become leaders, using technology as one of many tools. I help people develop self confidence and agency, I help them understand that open is an attitude and that it’s ok to make mistakes in the world. I design leadership programs and agendas, facilitate workshops,  and speak based on the people in the room and the goals of the organization I’m working with.

I also put slides together and speak about this work. I usually try to get the audience involved in some way, and my talks view the web as a knowledge ecosystem. I talk about leadership, participation and learning, and help people commit to authenticity in the 21st century. Most of my slides are here.
